Presenting Chanel's Paris-Biarritz Collection from Spring-Summer 2007

The Paris-Biarritz Collection was named after Coco Chanel's favourite city (Biarritz) and Paris, where she opened her first haute couture boutique. But, of course, the brand's signature quilted look, something that has become synonymous with Chanel, still makes an appearance in this new collection. I mean, it wouldn't be a Chanel piece without the quilted details, now, would it?

Shopper styled bags (medium, large and oversized), hobo bags and cosmetic cases are armed with the double C zipper pull make up this entireParis-Biarritz Collection. Choose between metallic grosgrain canvas, or if you prefer the ultra luxed up version, you could always opt for the one in Alligator. Bagaholic Babe's personal favourite are the Metallic Peachy Pink ones... so sweet! My heart just melted and stopped the moment I laid eyes on it. *teehee*

Hm, Chanel seems to have injected some youth into this collection, for it doesn't look like your regular Chanel Classic pieces. Perhaps it's made for a woman who's always on-the-go. Why am I saying this? Well, perhaps due to its 'Sportier' and more 'Athletic' feel and look. I'd say, this is the most chic 'active' lifestyle kinda bag I've seen out there so far, so Kudos to Lagerfeld on a job well done.
